Hickman is one of the area’s premier tennis destinations, featuring nine courts including six indoor courts and three seasonal bubble courts for year-round play. A dedicated viewing area with refreshments creates a social, spectator-friendly environment for matches and events. With a full lineup of programs including junior development, adult leagues, private lessons, and cardio tennis, players of all ages and skill levels can learn, compete, and stay connected on and off the court.

strength & functional training

The workout floor features a wide variety of equipment to support every fitness goal, including free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, and a full range of strength machines. Functional training areas feature turf and specialized equipment for sled pushes, kettlebell work, agility drills, and bodyweight training designed to build strength, power, and mobility.

cardio floor

With treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and other cardio machines available, you can choose the workout that fits your goals.
