Monaco is home to one of the largest tennis facilities in Denver, featuring both indoor and outdoor courts for year-round tennis & pickleball play. With lessons, clinics, leagues, and social events, players of all skill levels can improve their game and stay connected to a strong tennis community.
Workout Floor
The workout floor features a wide variety of equipment to support every fitness goal. Members have access to free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, and a full range of strength machines. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, lose weight, or improve overall fitness, the workout floor provides the tools needed for an effective workout.
Cardio Floor
Improve heart health, burn calories, and support weight loss on the cardio floor. With treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and other cardio machines available, you can choose the workout that fits your goals. It’s a great space to build endurance, boost energy, and stay consistent with your cardiovascular fitness routine.
Group exercise
Group Exercise classes are where energy meets community. A variety of classes are available for all fitness levels, including strength, cardio, cycling, yoga, Pilates and more. Led by certified instructors, these classes help improve endurance, build strength, and keep workouts engaging and effective.
Aquatics
Make a splash in our two heated swimming pools at Colorado Athletic Club, featuring both an indoor lap pool and a seasonal outdoor pool. With dedicated lap lanes, open swim, lessons, and training programs, Monaco is a premier destination for swimming in Denver. From scorching summer days to snowy March mornings, you’ll always have a place for freestyle, flip turns, and year-round aquatics.

Relax and recharge in spaces designed for comfort and recovery. Amenities include a sauna, steam room, hot tub, and recovery areas, along with onsite massage therapy services. Aquatics & Swim Lessons

Whether you are learning the basics or refining advanced skills, our team can help you reach your tennis goals.
Learn to Play Tennis & Pickleball
Looking to learn the game and take your place on the court? This 4-week beginner program is the perfect introduction to tennis or pickleball for adults. Players learn proper technique, court positioning, scoring, and strategy in a comfortable, friendly environment. Each session includes one hour of on-court instruction followed by a 30-minute wrap-up and review. Registered players receive four lessons, with a player party at the end of each session.
Adult USTA League Play
Adult United States Tennis Association (USTA) sanctioned travel leagues are available for competitive players ages 18 and over. We offer leagues for all levels for men, women, and mixed doubles players.
Weekly Adult Tennis Drills
These high-energy drills combine fast-paced games, movement, and live-ball play with instruction and feedback from certified tennis professionals. Available for adults of all levels. Register through the club app.
Adult In-House Leagues
Enjoy organized doubles match play without needing a partner. Simply sign up and our tennis professionals will coordinate teams and matchups for a fun and competitive experience.
Monthly Adult Tennis Socials
Each month features a different social theme, such as Margarita Night or Disco Tennis, with organized match play, music, food, and drinks. A fun way to stay active and connect with fellow players.
Permanent Court Time (PCT)
Looking for a permanent game each week? Permanent Court Time allows you or your group to reserve the same court at the same time each week at a discounted rate.

Junior tennis at Colorado Athletic Club helps young players build confidence, develop skills, and enjoy the game in a fun, encouraging environment. Red Ball Tennis | Ages 4–6
Young players are introduced to the fundamentals of tennis through fun games and engaging activities designed to build coordination, balance, and basic racquet skills on smaller courts with modified equipment.
Orange Ball Tennis | Ages 7–10
Players continue developing strokes, movement, rallying, and scoring while building confidence and consistency through age-appropriate instruction and match play.
Green Ball Tennis | Ages 10–12
Designed for advancing junior players ready for full-court development. Players improve technique, footwork, strategy, and competitive play in a structured training environment.
Junior Academy | Ages 12+
