tennis & pickleball

St. Joseph offers a premier racquet sports experience with five indoor and three outdoor tennis courts, providing year-round play for all ages and skill levels. Members enjoy access to lessons, clinics, leagues, and private instruction led by experienced tennis professionals. Pickleball adds a fun, social option for players to stay active, improve coordination, and connect with the club community.

strength & functional training

The workout floor features a wide variety of equipment to support every fitness goal, including free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, and a full range of strength machines. Functional training areas feature turf and specialized equipment for sled pushes, kettlebell work, agility drills, and bodyweight training designed to build strength, power, and mobility.

cardio floor

Improve heart health, burn calories, and support weight loss on the cardio floor. With treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and other cardio machines available, you can choose the workout that fits your goals.
