Broken Arrow Gym with Aquatics!
Broken Arrow offers year-round swim lessons! The 25-yard lap pool is always set at a pleasant 85 degrees. We offer many Group Fitness Aquatics classes; see the Group Fitness schedule for class times. Members are always welcome to swim laps when a lane is available, first-come, first-serve. We have Hot Tub available set at a warm temperature of 103 degrees. The Hot Tub is available to members at any time.

Private Swimming Lessons:
Genesis offers private swimming lessons year-round in their heated pools, taught by highly trained instructors. The programming of these lessons is set to align with your schedule.

Water Exercise:
Our water exercise classes are offered seven times a week. We offer two different varieties of classes; please see the schedule below for class offerings:
- Liquid Body Burn
- Aqua Zumba
- Silver Sneakers Splash
- HIIT the Water: a high-intensity training that produces remarkable results both in aerobic & anaerobic capacity. A HIIT workout is an interval training cycle of maximum-intensity exercises followed by a short rest and repeated without pause eight times.

Friday 6-8:30 pm
Saturday 4-6:30 pm
Sunday 4-6:30 pm
