Big changes are coming to Genesis East Lincoln, where a major remodel is underway to refresh this longtime neighborhood fitness club. Located at 70th & A Street across from East High School, the club offers indoor and outdoor pools, a relaxing steam and sauna area, and dedicated Pilates and Mind-Body studios. Members train across a spacious strength and cardio floor or mix in cycle and HIIT classes. Kids Club childcare and youth programs help make fitness part of the whole family’s routine.

Workout Floor

The workout floor features a wide variety of equipment to support every fitness goal. Members have access to free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, and a full range of strength machines. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, lose weight, or improve overall fitness, the workout floor provides the tools needed for an effective workout.

Group Exercise classes offer a motivating, high-energy environment where members can stay active, build community, and have fun. A variety of classes are available for all fitness levels, including strength, cardio, cycling, yoga, and more. Led by certified instructors, these classes help improve endurance, build strength, and keep workouts engaging and effective.

Aquatics

Dive into fitness, fun, and skill development with swim lessons, water-based classes, and open swim opportunities in our indoor and outdoor pools. pilates Studio TRAINING

Pilates Studio Training delivers low-impact, full-body movement designed to build strength, improve mobility, and strengthen the core. Using specialized equipment and guided instruction, members improve posture, balance, coordination, and overall movement quality in a focused studio environment. Whether training 1-on-1, semi-private, or in a small group setting, sessions support joint health, long-term mobility, and lasting wellness.

With two outdoor tennis courts, East Lincoln is a great place for players to train, improve, and enjoy the game. Inside, a full gymnasium hosts basketball and volleyball, perfect for pickup games, sharpening your skills, and staying active in a fun, competitive environment year-round.

Help your child build confidence, improve technique, and develop essential water safety skills through our level-based group swim lesson program. Classes are designed for children ages 3 and older and are grouped by ability level to ensure swimmers progress at a pace that’s right for them. Small class sizes allow for individualized instruction in a fun, supportive environment.

    Swim Levels

    Level 1
    For swimmers ages 3 and older with little to no swimming experience. Focuses on water comfort, breath control, floating, kicking, basic arm movements, and water safety.

    Level 1 Plus
    For swimmers who have mastered basic Level 1 skills but are not yet ready for Level 2. Builds confidence with longer face immersion, floating, beginning freestyle, backstroke fundamentals, and water safety skills.

    Level 2
    For swimmers who have completed Level 1. Introduces rotary breathing, freestyle and backstroke development, underwater skills, and greater independence in the water.

    Level 2 Plus
    Designed for swimmers transitioning between Levels 2 and 3. Focuses on refining stroke mechanics, breathing techniques, streamline glides, endurance, and overall confidence.

    Level 3
    Swimmers begin putting all the pieces together for freestyle and backstroke while developing treading water skills, endurance, and stronger stroke coordination.

    Level 4
    Focuses on improving technique and endurance in freestyle and backstroke while introducing breaststroke fundamentals and advanced water safety skills.

    Level 5
    For advanced swimmers working on stroke refinement, distance swimming, butterfly, bilateral breathing, turns, surface dives, and advanced water safety.

    Receive personalized instruction tailored to your swimmer’s goals, skill level, and comfort in the water. Private and semi-private swim lessons are available for children and adults of all ages and abilities, whether you’re learning the basics, improving technique, building confidence, or training for competitive swimming.

    Introduce your child to the water in a safe, supportive environment designed to build confidence and comfort from an early age.
