Indoor Pools in Orlando

Genesis Orlando Sportsplex is the place to be if you're looking for an indoor pool in Orlando. We have multiple pools available year-round for all your aquatics needs!

Make a splash in our indoor aquatic center, featuring a 25-meter, 5-lane lap pool. We also are home to a warm water therapy pool, as well as a family pool with a splash feature. Whether it's you or the whole family, we have the pool you need!

Aquatics Programming

From experienced swimmers to total beginners just getting started, we have the perfect program for you!

Our aquatics department offers both members and non-members a variety of indoor swimming classes and programs for all skill levels.

Swim Lessons

You can register for swim lessons by clicking the button below. Under that is a description of our various classes.

Parent Participation (6 - 36 months)

"Mommy & Me" style class, a parent is in the water. High focus on water safety and comfort in the water.

Preschool (3 - 5 years)

First class without parents for ages 3 - 5. This class focuses on basic arm and leg movement, as well as swimming with assistance.

Youth Beginner (5+ years)

Focuses on water safety and motor movement. This class introduces front/back crawl, elementary backstroke, and breaststroke.

Stroke Development/Swim Team Prep (5+ years)

Stroke development with a focus on technique and building endurance. This class introduces competitive swimming strokes, flip turns, drills, and more! To be in this class, you must be able to swim 25m non-stop.

Adult (14+)

Group lessons designed to encourage all levels and styles of swimmers!

Private Lessons

Lessons with a certified swim instructor are perfect for those wanting one-on-one instruction. We can cater the lessons to your needs!

Certification Courses

We offer year-round Red Cross certification courses, including lifeguard certification, CPR, and more!

Lifeguard Classes

We have many lifeguard classes available throughout the year - with weekend and week day classes available! We learn in shallow water with a deep water test out.

These training classes are open to ages 16 and older.

Therapy Pool

Our therapy pool is available for those needing low-impact workouts to improve flexibility and strength. Our aquatic therapy group classes are specifically designed with your needs in mind!

Aquatic Wellness

A full body, low-impact workout, led by an advent health exercise physiologist in our warm water therapy pool (90 degrees). Combines agility, flexibility, and balance exercises to improve mobility, increase cardiovascular endurance, and increase muscular strength. Designed to improve overall functional mobility to perform daily tasks.

Designed to meet the needs of pregnant women, those with fibromyalgia or arthritis, and those who are post-rehab.

Class space is limited and reservations are required.
