Miramont Lifestyle Fitness Joins Genesis Health Clubs’ Rapidly Growing Family of Locations

The 2017 acquisition of four Miramont Lifestyle Fitness locations marked Genesis Health Clubs’ expansion into Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region.

In November 2017, Genesis Health Clubs acquired four Miramont Lifestyle Fitness locations in Fort Collins and Loveland, Colorado, officially expanding the company’s footprint into the Rocky Mountain region. Known throughout Northern Colorado for their longstanding commitment to tennis, fitness, aquatics, and youth programming, the Miramont clubs had built a reputation over several decades as premier health and wellness destinations within their communities.

The acquisition marked an important milestone in Genesis Health Clubs’ continued growth beyond the Midwest and reflected the company’s strategy of partnering with established clubs that shared its focus on community, service, and premium fitness experiences. Members gained access to Genesis’ expanding network of clubs, enhanced amenities, and continued investment in facilities, programming, and member experience.
