Spell your name out with this fun workout! Do a combo of First Name only, First and Middle, First and Last, or all three! This 10-30 minute workout is perfect for your kids! Join them and make it a family exercise!

 

A - 8 Skaters

B - 15 Jumping Jacks

C - 10 Pushups

D - 1 Burpee

E - 10 Second Jog in Place

F - 10 Arm Circles

G - 20 High Knees

H - 10 Ball Slams

I - 4 Frog Jumps

J - 10 Second Balance on each leg (20 Seconds total)

K - 10 Squats

L - 5 Burpees

M - 5 Star Jumps

N - 10 Butt Kicks

O - Calf Raises

P - 10 Second Plank

Q - 10 Elbow Pump

R - 5 Squat Jumps

S - 5 Lunges on each leg (10 Total)

T - 10 Toe Taps

U - 10 Second Wall Sits

V - 5 Crunches

W - 16 Skaters

X - 10 Jumping Jacks

Y - 5 Ball Slams

Z - 5 Squats
