Memorial Day Hours 2024

In observance of Memorial Day, we will be open on Monday, May 27 from 7 am to 5 pm, allowing our team to commemorate those who served and spend time with their families and loved ones.

We thank you for your understanding and encourage everyone to take a moment to honor our fallen heroes. Normal hours will resume the following day.

Kids Clubs: Closed after 1 pm and will resume normal hours the following day.

The extensive experience and education of our Personal Trainers and Pilates Trainers, combined with the latest technology in the fitness industry, will deliver the results you want safely and effectively. At The Atlantic Club, we offer training professionals at three levels of expertise.

Premier Personal Trainers hold one national training certification.

Elite Personal Trainers hold a minimum of two national training certifications and have 3+ years of experience in the fitness industry.

Master Personal Trainers hold a 4-year degree in exercise science or a related field, have a minimum of five years of professional experience, and at least two national certifications.

Training Sessions

Get the results you want with a customized workout plan to meet your individual needs with one-on-one personal training! Now available to book in Manasquan and Red Bank! New Clients welcome.

Body Work

Body Work is flexibility training that integrates massage with stretching, allowing you to enjoy the activities you love with less discomfort.

These improvements ultimately reduce the risk of injury. Let our certified Body Work trainer, Louisa Rodriguez, work on your flexibility in 30 or 50 minute sessions.
