Specializing in Relaxation & Thai
Niki has been a part of the Tri-State team since 2001. She earned her B.S. degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina. Niki also has an Associate's Degree in Massage Therapy. Niki is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in personal training, AFAA in Group Exercise & personal training as well as Stott Pilates. Niki is a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist and nationally certified in Massage Therapy.
Niki's training specialties include: Yoga/Pilates, core training & flexibility. Niki enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.

ERIKA ROSS - Certified Stretch Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, CPT-NASM, PTA, FMA, RKC, CFSC, ELDOA 1, PST
Specializing in Stretch Therapy & PT movements
Erika has been employed at Tri-State since 2003. She specializes in manual therapy, stretch therapy, and functional training. Erika has degrees in cosmetology, science, and physical therapy obtained during her 20 years of experience.
She enjoys volunteering, helping out in her community, and spending time with her family.
