strength starts at the core

More than a workout, Pilates Studio Training is designed to improve the way the body moves, feels, and performs. Controlled movement, specialized equipment, and expert instruction come together in a low-impact, full-body training experience that strengthens the core, improves mobility and posture, and helps the body move more efficiently.

Inside the pilates studio

Available at select clubs, Pilates Studio Training takes place in a dedicated studio environment where movement is slower, more controlled, and intentionally focused. Specialized equipment creates adjustable resistance that challenges stability, coordination, and strength without placing unnecessary stress on the joints.

Sessions are guided by highly trained instructors who provide hands-on coaching, movement cues, and individualized adjustments throughout the workout. Whether training 1-on-1, semi-private, or in a small group setting, the experience is designed to support personalized progression while helping members move with greater precision and confidence.
