Hatha 2 Yoga

Build upon you and your body’s knowledge of yoga postures in this level 2 class. Intermediate and intermediate-advanced postures may be introduced and basic alignment principles be expanded for deeper understanding. Class is geared toward participants familiar with yoga and/or wishing to have an intermediate or advanced experience.
