PiYO®

PiYO® is an athletic blend of yoga and Pilates that focuses on improving strength and balance. Hand picked playlists and individually designed choreography, our PiYO® instructors are unique to this format. PiYO® moves quickly, but incorporates balance, stretching and lengthening tracks as well as challenging your heart and muscles with squats, lunges push ups, and other strength moves.
