R.I.P.P.E.D. is a total body workout which, by utilizing resistance & cardio trraining, will help you attain & maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable & extremely effective.  This class employs a "Plateau Proof Fitness Formula" that creates continuity, consistency and challenge.  Each component of the workout provides a uniquely different emphasis on system response so yur body never gets accustomed to the constantly changing format.
