Yoga: Hot Power

Hot Classes are performed in a heated Studio at 90 degrees.

Power Yoga is an intense style of strength, stretch and sweat. This class will incorporate a mixture of standing and seated postures that build strength, stamina and flexibility. Bring a towel and water and be prepared to sweat, stretch, strengthen and smile! Great for all levels willing to sweat.

  • Saturdays - 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM - Yoga Studio

South Tulsa

  • Mondays - 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM - Yoga Studio
  • Wednesdays - 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM - Yoga Studio
