Yoga Tone & Flow

This class fuses the foundations of traditional Yoga with high energy, weights, and cardio. The workout begins with a conventional yoga practice complete with a dynamic warrior flow to get the muscles warm and ready. We’ll hit a few rounds of exercises with weights and cardio bursts before heading to the floor for core work and a customary yoga surrender, complete with a sweaty savasana.
