Are you ready to punch up your fitness routine? Join our new cardio kickboxing group, where we combine high-energy kickboxing with Freemotion Fusion Cables for a full-body workout like no other!

- Our expert trainer, James, holds multiple black belts and is a certified Personal Trainer (with extensive experience in leading kickboxing groups)
- Perfect for all fitness levels looking for a fresh and exciting way to get in shape
- No gloves needed - just come ready to sweat and have fun with upper body, lower body, and core exercises!
Schedule and Details
- When: Tuesdays at 5 PM, Thursdays at 5 PM, and Saturdays at 9 AM
- Where: Join us in the Kickboxing Room, downstairs next to the basketball courts
- First Week Free: Try it out with no commitment and no cost during the week of March 26!
*After launch week, continue with the same schedule for an additional fee
