Arms and Abs Workout

Complete each circuit as many times within 8 minutes then repeat! This 30-minute arms and abs workout is sure to make you sore tomorrow.

Circuit 1

Jacknife Abs – 20 total (10 each leg)


Tricep Dips – 15


Striaght Leg Situps with a Twist – 10 each side


Pushups – 15




Circuit 2

Toe Taps – 20


Superman Pushups – 15


Plank – 30 seconds


Plank to Opposite arm/leg – 20 total (10 each leg)
