Peanut Butter Green SmoothiePerfect Post-Workout Smoothie: Peanut Butter Green Smoothie

All you need is 5 ingredients, 6 if you add protein powder. This nutrient-packed shake is perfect as a breakfast or as a post-workout snack! If you need a quick and easy option, this smoothie is perfect for you! And with 22 grams of protein, you can feel confident refueling with it after a hard workout.



  • 1 Frozen Banana (in place of ice - if not frozen, add ice)
  • 2 Tbs Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup of peanuts
  • 1 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk (start at 1 cup and add more if it's not blending to a smoothie consistency)
  • 1-2 cups of spinach

  1. Place all ingredients for your smoothie into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Option to add more almond milk to thin things out as needed.
  3. Top with your favorite toppings such as peanut butter and roasted peanuts.
